Contact: [email protected]1) The ServiceThe Service provides an AI receptionist that can answer calls, capture lead information, send notifications, and (if enabled) support appointment scheduling including calendar integrations.2) Customer responsibilitiesIf you are a Business Customer, you agree that you are responsible for:Providing accurate business info (hours, service area, escalation contacts, etc.)Maintaining the phone numbers you provide for notifications and escalationEnsuring you have lawful authority and consent to receive operational SMS messages at those numbersEnsuring you have rights to connect any calendar you authorize and that calendar users consent internally as needed3) SMS messagingIf enabled, the Service may send SMS messages to:notify you of new leads or urgent events,confirm scheduling actions, and/orsend a calendar reauthorization link if a calendar connection fails.Message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply.4) Calendar integrations and reauthorizationIf you connect a calendar provider (e.g., Google Calendar), you authorize the Service to access calendar data only as needed to perform the calendar features you enable (availability checks and event management).
If authorization expires or is revoked, calendar-based features may stop working until reauthorized. The Service may provide a reauthorization link for fast recovery.5) Acceptable useYou agree not to:misuse or interfere with the Service,attempt unauthorized access,use the Service for unlawful or abusive activity,reverse engineer or exploit the Service beyond permitted use.6) Third-party servicesThe Service depends on third-party providers (telephony/SMS, hosting, AI/transcription, calendar APIs). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third parties.7) DisclaimersThe Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AI output, transcription, and scheduling may be imperfect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.8) Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureWorx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from use of the Service.9) TerminationYou may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, compliance, abuse prevention, or nonpayment.10) PrivacyOur Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information: https://privacy.future-worx.ai11) ChangesWe may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
